brown motherly furrows

the brown motherly furrows
the whole estate
we walk on air
there is only the moon embalmed in phosphorus
there is only a crow in a tree
make notes

  1. Which comes first - the words or the image?

  2. Good question.
But usually it's the material for me. That is why the design wall is so important. I audition materials...then think what technique would work with those materials to express something I can't really name, just feel. And then when I look in my journal, I find that I've written something, quoted something , that fits.
The words support me rather than lead me I guess.
