i had the same Idea to keep me creatively productive last week when the kids were here. Everything - including the hoop - remains waiting for me right where it sat before their arrival. You've inspired and fortified me (again) I push up my sleeves and start tomorrow!. Thank you.
But first, a newbie question: Did you baste amd bind before quilting?
I basted but did not bind. I just folded up all edges so the work was not too big - shall unfold them as I get to the edges. Will bind as last thing. x

DeleteThank you. It's beautiful in an understated way, this. I, too, enjoy the red centers. Red, the color of blood, of heart, of family. xo
DeleteI think this quilt is stunning-I love the little hint of color-I think it is red-but I love it!
ReplyDeleteYes, tiny red hearths in the center of each log cabin block.
