ReplyDeleteand have always been unsure of that statement but it does give food for thought... the best way I've found to defeat a fear is to look it straight in the eye and ask what it wants...
Deletethis idea by Pema Chodron has been really important to me just today. The idea that we don't have to do what we are convinced to do - because fear has no real power. It's just really hard to find the inner conviction to stand up to fear. These two pieces also match with my recent inner dillema. Sometimes my design wall solves not only art problems but life problems. xoxo
