daydream keeper


 I find you need to dive right in … that acting on a thought immediately preserves more of the spontaneous quality of creativity, and so this is how ‘what-offing’ has changed my methods and turned into some kind of direct journaling-on-fabric … a physical keeper of daydreams.  A way to make things new.     Jude Hill

  2. The basket quilt is one of my maternal grandmother's. I received it from my mother already in tatters about 15 years ago. I've tried various ways to mend it and am not sure that sewing it to a blanket is the way - we shall see. I'm diving in. xo I'm what-iffing" as Jude advised. (not what-offing) that's a typo. x
