a larger shelter

the craft of quilt making demands time and patience

a willingness to suspend results while pursuing process

Robert Shaw

  1. "Trust the process," they say because it's always about The Process. Process trumps all. Suspend results? Yes. That's vitally important. Keep going through the fallow periods of unknowing? That's vital, too.

  2. PS: The process is, indeed, the larger shelter. (And I deleted the comment immediately preceding because I forgot and went backwards to catch up, so blogger posted my comment twice. Le sigh.)

  3. I love this, I love what you do and how you do it. It's like understanding and learning a language my heart has always wanted to speak.

    1. this language that I speak has been spoken by women and men across the world for centuries. We all understand it deep down and that's what makes it so powerful. Thanks for your beautiful comment and for visiting. xx

I hope that we can have a conversation about creation. Thank you for taking interest. x
